Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is one type of multivariate analysis in the social sciences. Multivariate application statistical methods to analyze several research variables simultaneously. This community service activity was held and aimed at academic (lecturers students) from partner campuses Faculty Economics, State University Jakarta, they are FEB UHAMKA, STIE Indonesia, Tempo Polytechnic with aim providing knowledge about methodologies, especially method – Partial Least Squares (PLS) which has various advantages compared other PLS software as described above. Another goal expected help improve ability making scientific articles be published national international journals. In addition, this training, partners also trained for hands-on practice using Warp Ver Software. 5.0. The implementing form a workshop that includes material related SEM-PLS well direct WarpPLS software. During workshop, given time discuss ask questions directly instructor.
